Web Design
Papier ist geduldig — paper is patient — and so are the layout programs widely in use for designing the looks of web sites. Patiently will they allow the designer to sketch his ideas in pixels. And willingly, upon the pressing of a button, will they produce their cocktail of HTML and CSS, the technologies used to format web pages.
But, apart from developing the right visual language for any given project, the design process of a web site involves another important level: to decide how to implement the layout, to transform it into bits and pieces that finally make up a web page.
